How We Did It
Central to Choice Places’ customer communications was a new, easy-to-use website, which could ultimately reduce the level of telephone enquiries. Creating a customer friendly navigation, we organised the vast amount of information into manageable ‘bite-sized’ chunks, which we wrote in simple, clear language. Delighted with the final result, Atrium appointed Ocean to develop a similar consumer-friendly website for Atrium Homes.
